Contemporary Thermomass
Custom designed and built Rationale – facial treatment clinic, cosmetic laboratory and headquarters.
Method of construction: thermomass insulated precast concrete panels. Three-level building highly thermally and sound insulated.
Hybrid Concrete
This medical centre is an example of hybrid concrete construction as building methods were in situ (poured on-site) concrete and precast concrete panels, as well as steel work.
The ground level is occupied by a dermatology practice, medical consulting rooms and a day surgery, as well as sterilisation facilities.
The first level accommodates an allied health and wellbeing centre. Physiotherapy, dietitian, podiatry and remedial massage rooms have been designed with elegance, functionality and ergonomics in mind.
Off-form Concrete Office
A sleek, modern, sustainable and energy efficient office building. The construction method was off-form, poured on site.
Despite being built in a bustling area, the building is quiet due to wall thickness and insulation, augmented by windows and doors with high noise cancellation properties.
